Before creating a fitness blog, I was a sex blogger. I reviewed sex toys and gave sex advice. It was not until I started focusing on my fitness journey that I realized that I can speak about both my passions at the same time which is sexual health and fitness!
These two topics go hand in hand. Think about it. We exercise to stay healthy, to move better, to live longer, to get all those feel good hormones, etc. After exercising for all the right reasons, we then get to think about the secondary things that come along with exercising and moving your body.
That is, improvement in body image, better mobility, less aches and pains, feeling sexier in the clothes you put on. When you move better, you feel sexier. When feel stronger, you feel better. When you feel good, the people around you feel good.
So, let’s go on that journey to moving more and feeling sexier while you’re at it!
